Cancellation Policy
This is a friendly reminder that a 48-hour notice is required upon cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% of your service will be charged. If it’s the day of/ no call no show, you will be charged 75% of your service. A credit card/debit card is required to book an appointment and cancellation fees will be charged to that card. No call no shows will not be allowed to rebook.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, I may not be able to complete all services booked for your appointment.
I realize unexpected things happen and schedule adjustments happen from time to time and I will accommodate everyone’s needs as much as possible.
